TERMS and CONDITION

Deposit Payment: By making a deposit payment, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is non-refundable.

Purpose of Deposit: The deposit is intended to secure a reservation and is a commitment to proceed with the agreed-upon arrangement.

Non-Transferable: Deposits and other payments are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another individual, event, product, or service.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the client, for any reason, the deposit amount is non-refundable.

Final Payment: Any outstanding balance after the deposit is usually due on or before the date of the event. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the arrangement with the non-refundable deposit and payments retained.

Acceptance: By making a deposit, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions regarding the non-refundable nature of the deposit and payments.
